This penthouse in a formal art deco office building in the center of Antwerp has a superb view on all the landmarks in the city. The original structure of the space has been restored and the wooden floor renovated in traditional style. The interior is divided in a public and private area linked by two large corridors, functioning as private art gallery. The minimal interior is upgraded with some baroque furniture from the collection of the client, creating an interesting symbiose. The extension on the roof with small kitchen, terrace and garden have the same austere quality as the rest of the project.
